Girls Of Many Colours

This week we touch on the subject of colours.

I think I’ve mentioned before that my youngest just adores pink! The girly girl in the family, much of her wardrobe consists of anything pink.

Pink top, pink floral skirt, pink hair band
Eldest, on the other hand, is a little more difficult to figure out. When she was younger, around the age of 6 or 7, she used to love the colour red. I think this could already have been a warning sign to me of things to come. After all, red is a hot colour, signifying both passion and violence and warfare (my teenage rebel without a cause?).

But anyway, now that she’s all grown up, red is no longer just the one colour she likes. Any colour is do-able as long as it looks good on her! (Which I must say is most of every colour).

i can share ur sentiments over your teenager (how young is she).she rocks that hippie look.

i abhor my eldest's wardrobe choices from black, when she was a budding fourteener to at last, now she's adding earth colors, i can now sigh:)
