I am doing today’s Mommy Moments with a little twist. Instead of showing my kids with big things, I’ve decided to let my kids be the “big things” for once. We are so used to being small that when we become the “bigger things”, we grab it with both hands…..with a lot of photos to show for it.
Whenever we visit Durban (a coastal city found on the eastern part of South Africa), we never miss the opportunity to visit Mini-Town, where everything else is much smaller than us.
Our first visit with eldest in 2002 when she was 6 years old. Here she is "outside" a replica of the City Hall:
I thought these buildings were supposed to be smaller than me! |
Yowza! What a big plane! |
This is my share! Join the rest of us at Mommy Moments!

your daughter looked big beside those replicas :D
Heartifying!
The kids and I like watching those films! we have a similar park here, the "mini-mundus" - interesting place with small stuff no? It's amazing to see our kids getting bigger, perhaps bigger than life itself. Happy weekend!
cute buildins, lol
ang cute naman ng place na yan! tama! your daughter looks big beside all the replicas, :D
Now twists are nice at times. This one was neat.
That's a really nice place to visit for both adults and kids alike!
Big girl indeed :) Yay! What cute mini structures too.
